By entering into a loan agreement with Moxy Capital or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or assigns ("Moxy Capital"), you expressly consent to receive automated and non-automated text message (SMS) communications from Moxy Capital to the mobile phone number provided in your loan application.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your loan terms and payment schedule. You may receive one or more messages per month corresponding to scheduled payment dates.

Message & Data Rates. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Moxy Capital is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier in connection with SMS communications.

How to Opt Out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

— Replying STOP or OPT OUT to any text message received from Moxy Capital; or
— Calling our main office at (385) 375-7093 to request removal.

Upon receipt of your opt-out request, Moxy Capital will cease SMS communications within one (1) business day. You may receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.

Important Notice. Opting out of SMS communications does not waive, modify, or otherwise affect any obligation under your loan agreement, including scheduled payment obligations, maturity dates, or any other contractual requirement. You remain fully responsible for all payments and obligations under your loan documents regardless of your SMS enrollment status.
